LEXIS RED^®  LAUNCH PROMOTION - FREE IPAD AIR

Terms & Conditions 

1. Valid for the first 10 eligible customers that signed up Lexis Red^® with the contract value above RM15,000. The value must consist of Lexis Red® subscription and not inclusive of other LexisNexis products or services. 

2. Eligibility is based on the first 10 signed up customers who have made payment in fully cleared funds of at least 50% of the contract value. Only one (1) iPad Air 2 64GB Wifi per customer. 

3. LexisNexis Malaysia reserves the rights to change to another iPad version of the same or lesser value without prior notice. 

4. LexisNexis Malaysia is responsible for selecting and notifying the eligible customers and for delivering the free iPad offered in the promotion.

5. LexisNexis Malaysia reserves the right to suspend or cease the  promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. LexisNexis Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any eligible customer and the Company's decisions on any disputes shall be final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

7. Non-exchangeable for any form of cash or credit. 

8. LexisNexis Malaysia is not responsible for your use of the iPad, the consequences of such use, any warranties for the iPad, warranty conditions nor registration, nor any installation of apps. 

9. Apple^® and iPad^® are trademarks of their respective trademark holders. The iPad is a promotional give away by LexisNexis and Apple is not a sponsor of this giveaway.

10. By accepting or subscribing to Lexis Red^®, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
